You always dream of giving your children the best. As a single mother with one income I didn’t think I would ever be able to give my girls a big beautiful backyard to play in or their own separate rooms to grow up in. When my neighbor, Shirley Erickson, stopped by to let me know about KulshanCLT and a resale nearby, I realized I might be able to buy my own home at a price I could afford. Thanks to KulshanCLT, I bought this beautiful house, just minutes from the girls’ school, and the dream of a big backyard and separate bedrooms has come true! Our first holiday celebration was Halloween. It was so much fun trick-or-treating to meet all our new neighbors. Since then, we have also added a new family member – a fantastic boxer named Boston. Now Shirley and I walk out dogs together. What a good life.
